Daniela Sherwood, MSW, MPH

Daniela is a New Orleans native and serves as Greaux Healthy’s Program Coordinator. She attended Louisiana State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Her desire to influence the well-being of Louisiana communities drove her to pursue a dual Master in Social Work and Master in Public Health from Tulane University. She has a passion for building and advancing equitable programs that focus on underserved populations.

In her previous role, Daniela grew her skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and initiative tracking by managing a strategic plan for a social service agency. She is excited to join the team to help advance priorities for the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
